Vigorus Guides: Start Here
The Vigorus guides hub links six core guides and three blog posts. New readers can start with the healthy circulation guide, then the label checklist, the Supplement Facts page, the side effects page and the how-to-use page. All are built from the label: 20 mg niacin, 11 mg zinc and a 570 mg blend in each capsule, 30 capsules a bottle.

Where should you start with the Vigorus guides?
Start with the healthy circulation guide for the big picture, or the Supplement Facts page if you want the label first. Every guide here is built from the Vigorus label and linked public research.
This hub gathers six core guides and three blog posts. All of them cover one bottle: Vigorus, 30 capsules, one capsule a day. Each capsule holds 20 mg of niacin, 11 mg of zinc and a 570 mg blend of six more ingredients.

Which Vigorus guides cover the basics?
Six core guides cover the basics: daily habits, label reading, the panel, the ingredients, safety and daily use. Each one stands alone, so you can read them in any order.
Healthy circulation guide
Walking, not smoking, blood pressure checks, food and sleep, when to call a doctor, and where a capsule can and cannot fit.
Read moreReading a men's supplement label
A checklist you can use on any bottle: printed amounts, blends, % DV, upper limits, seals, the distributor line and price per day.
Read moreVigorus Supplement Facts
The 1-capsule serving, 20 mg niacin, 11 mg zinc and the 570 mg blend of six ingredients, line by line.
Read moreVigorus ingredients
One card for each named ingredient, where it sits in the blend and what published research used.
Read moreSide effects and interactions
What each ingredient may do, which medicines to raise with a clinician and who should skip the capsules.
Read moreHow to use Vigorus
The suggested use word for word, and simple ways to make one capsule a day a steady habit.
Read moreThe first two guides do not assume you will buy anything. They explain habits and label reading in a way you can use on any product. The other four apply that thinking to Vigorus, one line at a time.
What do the Vigorus blog posts add?
The three blog posts go deeper on single topics: the research, the two printed nutrients and the pack prices. They are longer reads for when a core guide raises a question.
Six blend ingredients vs research
Each ingredient's most possible share of the 570 mg blend, set next to the doses that studies used.
Read moreNiacin and zinc on the label
What 20 mg niacin and 11 mg zinc mean, the Daily Value, the upper limits and how a multivitamin adds up.
Read moreTwo, three or six bottles?
The listed pack prices, the cost per day and per capsule, and how the 60-day window shapes the choice.
Read moreThe research post is the one to read for sources. Take L-citrulline, listed first in the blend. Blood pressure studies used about 3 to 10 g a day (Allerton et al., 2018). The whole Vigorus blend is 570 mg, so L-citrulline is at most about a fifth of the low end of that range.
The niacin and zinc post covers the only two amounts printed on the panel. Zinc at 11 mg matches the daily amount men need, and the upper limit from all sources is 40 mg (NIH ODS, zinc). A multivitamin can add more, so the post shows how to add it up.
The pack post does the math on the listed prices. As listed on September 22, 2026, the 6-bottle pack works out to about $1.63 a day and the 2-bottle pack to about $2.63 a day. Confirm at checkout, since prices can change.

What is a good reading path through the guides?
A good path runs from general to specific: habits, the checklist, this label, your health, then the routine. It takes you from "what supports circulation" to "does this bottle suit me" in five steps.
Start with your habits
Read the circulation guide. It covers movement, smoking, blood pressure, food and sleep before any capsule comes up.
Learn the label checklist
The label guide gives you questions to ask of any bottle. Use them on Vigorus and on anything else you are weighing.
Read this label
Go through the Supplement Facts page: 1 capsule, 30 servings, two printed nutrients and one 570 mg blend.
Check your health fit
Read the side effects page, above all if you take blood pressure medicine, a blood thinner or an antibiotic.
Plan the routine and the pack
If you go ahead, the how-to-use page and the bottle-pack post help you set a habit and pick a pack size.
You can stop at any step. If the label or the safety page shows that Vigorus is not a fit for you, that is a useful answer too.
What if you only have five minutes?
If you only have five minutes, read the Supplement Facts page and the side effects page. Together they cover what is in the bottle and whether it suits your health.
Here is the short version. One bottle holds 30 capsules, 30 days at one a day. Each capsule has 20 mg niacin (125% DV), 11 mg zinc (100% DV) and a 570 mg proprietary blend of L-citrulline, L-carnitine, pine bark, maca root, grape skin and saffron. No single amounts are printed for the six blend ingredients. Packs start at 2 bottles, and orders carry a 60-day money-back window.
How are the Vigorus guides written?
Every guide is written by the Vigorus Editorial Desk from the label first. Research is linked, sales claims are quoted, and anything the label leaves out is named as not published.
- Label text is quoted word for word, including the suggested use and the caution.
- Sales-page claims are marked as the sales page's words, never as label facts.
- Blend amounts are shown as ceilings from label order, not as real amounts.
- Studies are linked, and the doses they used sit next to the Vigorus numbers.
- Order-desk review data is labeled as not independently verified.
Much of the research on these ingredients was not done on this formula. No study has tested Vigorus itself. The guides say this plainly so you can weigh it for yourself.
Guides are reviewed when the label, packs or guarantee terms change. The last review was on September 22, 2026. Spot a mistake? Email [email protected].
Vigorus guides: common questions
Which Vigorus guide should I read first?
The healthy circulation guide for the big picture, or the Supplement Facts page if you want the label first.
Are the guides written by a doctor?
No. They are written by the Vigorus Editorial Desk from the label and linked public research. Take health questions to your own doctor.
Do the guides tell me to buy Vigorus?
No. They explain the label, the research and the routine. The choice is yours, and some readers will find it is not a fit.
Has anyone studied the Vigorus formula itself?
Not that we know of. The research we link looked at single ingredients, often at much higher doses than the blend can hold.
How often are the guides updated?
When the label, packs or guarantee terms change. The last review was on September 22, 2026.
