What does the Vigorus privacy policy cover?

This policy covers the Vigorus website at myvigorus.com, run by Myvigorus, the U.S. stocking partner for Vigorus. It explains what personal data the site touches, who holds it and what you can ask us to do.

The site is a set of information pages. It has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no cookies of its own. Orders go through a separate checkout run by the order desk, which has its own privacy terms.

This policy was last updated on September 22, 2026. When we change it, the date changes too.

What personal data does the Vigorus website collect?

Very little. Most of the personal data we hold is what you choose to send us by email.

We do not run our own analytics, ad pixels or tracking scripts. We do not build visitor profiles. We do not sell personal data or share it for targeted ads.

What happens to your data when you order Vigorus?

When you click an order link, you leave this site for a secure checkout run by the order desk. Your name, address, email and card details go to the checkout, not to the website team.

The order desk uses those details to take payment, ship your parcel, send tracking and handle refunds under the 60-day guarantee. Its own privacy terms apply, and the checkout page links to them.

The checkout may record which site sent you, so the sale is credited to this one. That is how the site earns money. It does not give the website team your card number or address.

How long do we keep your emails?

We keep emails only as long as we need them to answer you and keep a simple record. Then we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.

You can ask us to delete your emails sooner. Our web host keeps short server logs for security. Those logs roll over on the host's schedule, and we do not use them to identify anyone.

What privacy rights do you have?

You can ask to see, fix or delete the personal information we hold about you. Many U.S. states give residents these rights by law, and we honor the same requests from any visitor.

How do you make a privacy request?

Does the Vigorus website collect data from children?

No. Vigorus is for adults 18 and older, and this site is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

How is your data kept safe?

Pages load over a secure connection. Only a small team can read the website inbox. The checkout runs on its own secure system.

No website can promise perfect security. If we learn of a breach that affects your data, we will tell you as the law requires.

How will you know if the Vigorus privacy policy changes?

The date at the top of this page changes whenever we update the policy. The current version is dated September 22, 2026.

If you emailed us before a change, we will handle those emails under the policy that applied when you sent them, unless you agree to something else. Questions about any change go to [email protected].

What does this policy not cover?

It does not cover the checkout, Google Fonts or outside sites we link to, such as FDA or NIH pages. Each has its own privacy terms.
