Vigorus Benefits: What the Label Supports and What It Does Not

Quick answer

The label backs two clear benefits: 20 mg niacin and 11 mg zinc, which meet the daily need for adult men, in one capsule a day. The sales page also claims libido, circulation and testosterone support. No study has tested the formula, and L-citrulline sits far below studied amounts.

The Inside Vigorus panel names six ingredients but gives no amounts or benefits for them.

What are the benefits of Vigorus?

The benefits the label can back are modest: a full day of niacin and zinc in one capsule. Anything beyond that comes from the sales page, not from a study of this product.

The sales page says Vigorus supports "libido, circulation, and healthy testosterone within the normal range". The bottle itself says only Vigorus, 30 Capsules and Dietary Supplement. We look at each part below, plainly and without promises.

What the label can back

  • It gives 20 mg of niacin, which covers the daily need for adult men (about 16 mg).
  • It gives 11 mg of zinc, which equals the daily need for adult men.
  • It is one vegetable capsule a day, with no set time and no food rule.
  • It has no caffeine or other stimulant on the label.
  • It lists every ingredient by name, in order of weight, so you can judge it yourself.

What the label cannot back

  • Any result from the formula as a whole, since no study has tested it
  • A research-level dose of L-citrulline, L-carnitine or maca
  • Any hormone change, including testosterone levels
  • A set timeline for noticing anything
  • Any effect on a disease or health condition

How strong is the evidence for each benefit?

The evidence is strong for the nutrient amounts and weak or missing for the sales-page claims. No study has tested the Vigorus formula.

How each benefit stacks up against the label and published research
Possible benefitSupportWhy
Meets daily niacin and zinc needsStrongPrinted amounts match NIH figures for adult men.
Simple daily routineStrongOne capsule, no timing rules, 30 per bottle.
Circulation (sales page)Weak for this productL-citrulline studies used 3 to 10 g a day. Vigorus holds 570 mg at most. Pine bark meta-analyses found no significant blood pressure benefit.
Libido (sales page)Not shownNo trial on the formula. Maca is often linked to this, but rigorous human proof is lacking, and its share here is 143 mg at most.
Healthy testosterone within the normal range (sales page)Not shownNo hormone data for the formula. Zinc covers a need; that is not the same as raising a level.

The ingredient most tied to circulation is L-citrulline. Blood pressure studies used about 3 to 10 g a day (Allerton et al., 2018). Even if the whole blend were L-citrulline, a capsule would hold about one fifth of the low end. Pine bark reviews call the evidence for most uses insufficient (MSK, 2023). For how each piece fits together, see how Vigorus works.

What does each blend ingredient bring?

Each blend ingredient has its own research at its own dose. None of it was done on this capsule, and each share here is a slice of 570 mg.

L-citrulline

Linked to blood vessel research at 3 g a day and up. Vigorus has a fifth of that at most.

L-carnitine

Used for energy in cells. Studies used 1 to 3 g a day; Vigorus has up to 285 mg.

Pine bark

Evidence for most uses is called insufficient in expert reviews. No standard is printed.

Maca root

A food in Peru. Typical doses are 500 to 3,000 mg a day. Rigorous proof in people is lacking.

Grape skin

No standard dose and no resveratrol amount on the label.

Saffron

Studied in small trials, mostly on mood. We make no mood claim for Vigorus.

Maca typical doses run 500 to 3,000 mg a day, and LiverTox notes the lack of rigorous human proof (LiverTox, 2019). L-carnitine research used 1 to 3 g (NIH ODS, 2023). The ingredients page shows the ceiling for all six.

What do the niacin and zinc actually do?

Niacin and zinc are real nutrients with known jobs. Niacin helps turn food into energy the body can use. Zinc helps the immune system and helps the body make proteins and heal wounds.

Vigorus gives 20 mg of niacin (125% DV) and 11 mg of zinc (100% DV). That covers the daily need for most men (NIH ODS, niacin; NIH ODS, zinc). If your diet already covers both, extra amounts may not add much. If you also take a multivitamin, add up the totals and stay under 35 mg of niacin from supplements and 40 mg of zinc a day.

Are there practical benefits to the format?

Yes, a few small ones. The format is simple, which makes it easy to keep up.

One capsule a day means one bottle is one month. There is nothing to mix, no powder to measure and no second dose to remember. The shell is hypromellose, a vegetable capsule, so it fits people who avoid gelatin. There is no stimulant, so there is no need to plan around sleep.

Cost is part of the picture too. As listed on September 22, 2026, a 3-bottle pack is $207, about $2.30 a day, and a 6-bottle pack works out to about $1.63 a day. Confirm at checkout, since prices can change.

What do buyers say they liked?

Buyers who wrote to the order desk most often liked the daily capsule and the 60-day window. The top complaint was a slow start, with some wanting more in week one.

The order desk reports 4.8 out of 5 from 709 written reviews and 88% who would recommend it. These come from the order desk and are not independently verified. They are personal reports, not evidence of a benefit.

How should you judge Vigorus for yourself?

Set a fair test with realistic hopes. Take one capsule a day, keep a short note each week, and decide inside the 60-day guarantee window.

If you take blood pressure or blood-thinning medicine, show the label to a clinician first. L-citrulline and pine bark touch circulation and may add to those medicines. Most reviewers say they waited 4 to 8 weeks, which the results timeline covers in more detail.

Vigorus benefits: common questions

Is Vigorus clinically tested?

No study on the Vigorus formula has been published. Research exists on single ingredients, mostly at much higher doses.

Does Vigorus increase testosterone?

There is no hormone data for this product. The sales page wording is a claim, and we do not repeat it as a result.

Can Vigorus help circulation?

Its lead ingredient, L-citrulline, is studied for blood vessels at 3 g a day or more. One capsule holds 570 mg at most, so we cannot say it does.

What is the clearest benefit?

The nutrient amounts. One capsule meets the daily need for niacin and zinc in adult men.

Do the seals prove any benefit?

No. Seals such as natural ingredients or non-GMO are graphics on the sales page. The vegetable capsule fits the vegetarian seal. No doctor is named for the doctor formulated seal.

Is Vigorus a stimulant?

No. The label lists no caffeine or other stimulant.

Will I notice anything?

Results vary and there is no set timeline. Some reviewers liked the routine; the most common complaint was a slow start.
