Vigorus Formula: The Label Lines, Read in Order

What is in the Vigorus formula?
The Vigorus formula is short when you read it off the label. There are three active lines and four other ingredients. We will take them in the printed order.

What does each active line in the Vigorus formula do?
Niacin is vitamin B3. The 20 mg in one capsule is 125% of the Daily Value of 16 mg, and it is under the 35 mg adult upper limit for niacin from supplements. Zinc at 11 mg matches the daily need for adult men, and the upper limit is 40 mg from all sources.
Both lines are exact, so you can add them to your other supplements and check the total. That is the useful part of the formula. The blend is a different story.
What is in the 570 mg blend?
The blend names six ingredients: L-citrulline, L-carnitine, pine bark extract, maca root extract, grape skin extract and saffron stigmas extract. Blend ingredients are usually listed from the largest share to the smallest.
So L-citrulline is likely the biggest part, and saffron the smallest. But the label prints only the total of 570 mg. You cannot tell if the first ingredient is most of it or a little more than a sixth.
What are the other ingredients in the formula?
Four other ingredients are printed: hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. Hypromellose is the vegetable capsule shell. The other three help the powder flow and fill the capsule.
The label does not print an allergen statement. If you have an allergy, read the bottle and ask a pharmacist.
What is missing from the formula?
Four things are not published, and each limits what you can check.
- How many milligrams of each blend ingredient are in a capsule.
- How strong each extract is, such as the share of active compounds.
